The club entitles you to our dedicated remote control service as a preventative medicine or attempted repair and discounts on any onsite labour charges – rates are below.

As a member of our club you are also entitled to Q&A’s via email direct to our engineers.
Non club members will be able to use this service but at a non discounted rate of £25 + vat per support call.

If the problem is too severe to repair by remote control then we will need to make an onsite visit. Onsite you will benefit from the discounts as follows:
for members of 3 months you will get 10% discount on all labour,
for members of 6 months you will get 20% discount on all labour,  
for members of 9 months you will get 30% discount and finally
for members of 12 months duration and over you will get 40% discount for the duration of your membership.
